- Manual Bank Deposit

Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance must be paid before or on the agreed commencement date unless otherwise arranged in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your enrollment.
5. Manual Payment Verification
Where manual payments are used:
- Proof of payment must be uploaded or sent to the Academy.
- Enrollment will only be confirmed after payment verification.
- Verification may take up to 48 business hours.
Providing false proof of payment may result in permanent cancellation of enrollment.
6. Refund Policy
Registration fees and deposits are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Academy.
If the Academy cancels a course, students may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to the next available intake.
7. Course Attendance
Students are expected to:
